Castan Organic Gin

Made from a wheat-based spirit and regional ingredients, his recipe is inspired by the history and culture of his village. This Gin is entirely composed of berries picked on the hillsides of the distillery. The botanicals used are associated with juniper and infused in the still.

NOSE: Very pure on the nose, perfectly identifiable at first sight by its dominant juniper berries. Then opens a range of subtle aromas of fresh mint, coriander and angelica. Very enjoyable set.

MOUTH: The palate is round, almost soft on the tongue, without any aggressiveness. Long carried on the finish by its delightful aromas.
