Made with machines from the 50's in an artisanal Caramelerie in Mane (Provence), this great classic of confectionery is reinvented through a recipe using olive oil.
In search of exceptional flavors, the confectioners have developed innovative recipes by replacing butter and cream with olive oil, as a tribute to Provence. This unique confectionery which will remind you of your childhood memories is available in different flavors: flower of salt, lemon, coffee, hazelnut, pistachio and calisson.
