Caramels Feuille de Cassis (Blackcurrant leaf)

Case composed of 15 melting caramel candies in papillotte of 5gr. The Blackcurrant Leaf Caramel is made with carefully selected fresh leaves. A natural perfume with blackcurrant notes develops during tasting. 

Its composition: sugar and glucose syrup until cooked as desired, added cream from a local dairy, supplemented with high quality chocolate, fresh butter and cocoa butter, the production is artisanal. The temperatures are controlled until the semi-automated operation of forming, cutting and wrapping for the elaboration of a caramel with an ultra melting texture. Bites of 5 grams in cylindrical format were developed specifically for the project.
They are marketed in 75g boxes.
