Winemaking: Every effort is made to offer a wine with low alcohol
content while preserving its fruitiness and freshness.
The grapes were harvested at maturity to retain the full aromatic potential
of the berries. The usual fermentation carried out by selected yeast strains
helps to transform these aroma precursors into richer fermentative aromas.
Aging on lees, customary for all our wines, enhances the sensation of
richness and the length on the palate. Early bottling captures the maximum
aromas and preserves their freshness throughout the year.
Tasting Notes: A beautiful yellow colour with bright green highlights.
On the nose, it’s full and fruity with notes of white fruit (peach, pineapple)
with hints of lime.
On the palate, this light white is refreshing, with good balance. The
roundness with a blend of pears and pineapples, with the liveliness of the
citrus fruit and tangy sweetness.
Food and wine pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it will also go
wonderfully with fish, mixed seafood & oysters..
