Cantal Entre-Deux is, above all, a story of local producers, quality milk collected around our dairy, and a recipe that we have perfected over many years.
For a minimum of 4 months, the wheels (imposing in size, 40 kg!) are regularly turned and rubbed by our master ripeners. Over time, its taste subtly asserts itself, and buttery, fruity aromas are revealed.
How to enjoy it? It can adapt to your desires! It will enhance your dishes, gratins, or gourmet toasts and enliven your convivial moments and aperitifs.
