CAMPAILLOU: Rustical bread mix 25KG
CAMPAILLOU special bread mix, allows the making of country bread known by its authentic visual with a brown and very opened crumb, as well as its thick crust. The process includes a 3h fermentation step to promote the development of flavours. Campaillou bread mix offers country bread with higher hydration.
