Calypso Cidre Corsé
Calypso is a full-bodied cider, assertive and uncompromising. The nose is subtle and inviting. The colour is straw yellow. The mouth, a bit austere, reveals a structured cider light in sugar with a refreshing and saline finish. Process: In compliance with IGP Cidre de Normandie production rules. Specificity: Product of Organic Farming. Naturally sparkling. Fermentation – 8 months in barrels. Alcohol content: 5% VOL Tasting suggestions: Best served with cheese, charcuterie, game dishes and fish. Serving temperature: Between 8 and 12°C. Eye: Golden. Nose: Subtle. Mouth: Structured, refreshing and saline.
