Fine is a blend of young calvados aged more than 2 years in oak casks.
Distilled in a Colum still this calvados is produced from apples and pears.
The nose is fresh with raw fruits flavors.
The mouth is lively, fruity and very accessible.
This is an excellent introduction to Calvados. Fine can be consumed on ice as an aperitif, in a cocktail or nit after dinner.
