This Apple Brandy was aged four years in oak casks before being bottled.
Still relatively clear in color, it nonetheless still reveals hues of yellow typical of a Calvados of this age.
On the palate it is still young and vibrant, not yet tamed by time in cask. Flavors of dried fruits predominate.
