Our Calvados Hors d’Age is a blend of Calvados aged 8 to 12 years. For 4 years, Calvados Hors d'Age is aged in small old barrels. Then it is placed in larger barrels. Every year, the new 8-year-old is added to the rest of the cask dedicated to Hors d’Age. This for 15 years. Our Calvados Hors d’Age is fruity and already well aged: it combines power and roundness.
