Calvados Domfrontais AOC-20 years old

This old Calvados has been dormant for 10 years in large 2000L barrels at over 60°. We carry out the finish in old small barrels barely full, which gives woody notes. As it ages, the aromas of Calvados become more refined thanks to the exchange with the wood.
