Powerful, this cuvée concentrates the unique aromas of Calvados. Double-distilled in Sainte-Foy-de-Montgommery, this Calvados has been aged for 9 years and preserved at a high degree by Jean-Luc Fossey. He rotated the Calvados between French oak and European oak casks, meticulously crafting its aromatic profile to give it an extraordinary depth of character and remarkable longevity.
