Our “Calvados AOC Pays d’Auge Hors d’Âge” is aged for a minimum of 7 years in oak barrels. It’s the most appreciated by connoisseurs: its aromas are more concentrated and complex than those of its predecessors. This maturity provides a perfect balance between apple and wood flavors, and a beautiful deep amber color. It is also called XO (Extra Old).
