Vinification: Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Unfined and unfiltered wine to maintain its intact taste profile and texture. Aged in % oak barrels
Tasting notes: This wine has a beautiful ruby colour with purple hues. A full-bodied, complex wine that delivers aromas of red fruit and fine spices. The nose is both powerful and delicate, combines aromas of blackcurrant and violet. The palate is silky, with a subtle hint of vanilla and the finish is persistent.
Food pairings: You'll enjoy this Graves red with lamb, duck cooked in orange sauce, entrecôte à la bordelaise, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards.
