Manual harvesting. Total destemming, thermoregulated fermentation, total carbonic maceration.

Light filtration, traditional natural cork, aging in cement vat.

Tasting:

Intense purple color. Fruity subtle slight fruit aromas.

Fresh, generous, round, subtle hints of fresh fruit, smooth tannins, round, structured body, good intensity, good length in the mouth.

To drink between 2020 and 2028.
