WHAT ANATOLE SAYS: "With Brioche, I set out to find the authentic pleasure of homemade. The regressive and perfectly legitimate delight of appreciating what has been created with tenderness. I imagined a chubby brioche coming out of the oven with the little imperfections that I believe give it all its value."
