Bridaveaux - Violet shortbread 160g

Small Renaissance shortbreads, traditionally flavoured with rose, that were sold by street vendors. The recipe dates back to 1542. Close to Toulouse, we chose to flavor them with violet, whose taste was very popular at that time.
