The latter will thus be able to taste the oysters and the very fresh wine at any time. For wine, the Saint-Andre house is is a remarkable wine-growing property, which takes root in a protected and enchanting environment. Planted on the side of the Lagoon of Thau, the vineyard of about thirty hectares surrounds the property in one piece. The wine has been cultivated here for centuries. The vineyards of the property benefit from a Mediterranean climate. The bright sunshine, tempered by the refreshing sea breezes, produces wines with superb, balanced and generous accents. This harmonious white wine, with a brilliant color, offers a pleasant blend of aromas of citrus fruits and very ripe tropical fruits. On the palate the refreshing acidity is balanced by a lush and creamy texture. The finish, long and greedy, is adorned with mineral and salines notes. Grape variety: Vermentino, Chardonnay, Roussanne, viogner and Piquepoul IQP PAYS D'OC.
