Bouvet OGMIUS Saumur AOP Brut Vintage 2007
As homage to Etienne Bouvet, who founded the winery in 1851, a special cuvée was created with finest blend of chenin blanc and Chardonnay 2007 Vintage. In April 2008, 100 years after his passing away, 3 852 magnums were tapped and kept in the cellars until 2010. This cuvée reveals now its excellence and reverence to Etienne Bouvet. Powerful spicy bouquet with a delicate citrus note. Fresh and very fruity mouthfeel. Full-bodied, sophisticated wine with a long finish.
