Bourgogne Pinot Noir BARON DU BIEF

Grapes are destemed. Plots are converted into wine separatly with temperature control. Maceration lasts about 20 days with regular pumping over and release. The ageing is mostly in inox tank but a part of the wine is aged in barrel. It has a ruby-red color typical of this grape. In the mouth, red berries fill up the palate, when the finish offers a little spiciness. Well balanced wine with a pleasant finish.
