The Grape: 100% Pinot noir Vines: 42 years old

The Land: Located on the hills South Burgundy, beautiful exposure which ensures good maturation of grapes. Yield: 6000 feet per hectare for average production of 50 hectoliters per hectare.

Green harvest with parcel selection at time of vinification to select best cuvees for oak ageing and other cuvees for regular ageing.
Vinification: Traditional between 15 to 21 days. Cold maceration.

All wines are aged in temperature controlled cellars.
How to serve our Pinot noir : not over 18°C.
Best with any type of meats and soft cheeses.
