From a manual harvest, it is pneumatically pressed after a strict selection.
Fermentation in oak barrels and then ageing 16 months in oak barrels including ageing on lees during 10 months.
This wine has honey and white flowers aromas. It is an elegant and fine wine to be enjoyed with fish and seafoods or as aperitif.
