Winemaker's tasting
This very bright garnet color is the result of cold fermentation (23°C) for two weeks. A lovely nose of vanilla and raspberry is expressed in the glass. Then in the mouth, aromas of red fruits excite the taste buds. The attack is lively, the tannins are supple and round. The subtle blend of barrels (12 months of aging) reveals notes of grilled toast and bourbon vanilla to immerse us in a lightly woody cloud of drinkability.

A Bordeaux that will keep for a long time.

Table pleasures
