Light, sweet and smooth, BM Mo. 2 has been designed to have as broad an appeal as possible. Blended from relatively young whiskies, it matures in casks previously used for Armagnac for a minimum of six months. The first appeal comes from its coppery gold colour. The nose has surprisingly intense floral scents, with woody and vanilla aromas. On the palate, floral leads to fruity, with notes of honey and spicy hints of cinnamon and gingerbread. The finish is long, with a hint of liquorice and a delicate smoky flavour.
