A Martinique AOC agricultural rum caught our attention by its respect for the taste of the cane. Sweetened and perfumed with vanilla previously used in Mirabelle plum, sweetened with maple syrup, for a rounded woody note. A pleasant woody and earthy finish with hints of humus and maple leaves a very important aromatic perseverance in the mouth. A liquor, due to its sugar level slightly higher than the 100g per liter regulations, but a wellpreserved character with its 41.1% alcohol.
