BLANCHE PAMPLEMOUSSE

In Menton at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, grow citrus fruits, picked at full maturity, yellow, soaked in sunshine. We chose to combine them to create this white beer.

Color: Light yellow, pale.

The nose is fruity and floral.

On the palate, we have substance, a beer with volume in the mouth, the grapefruit is present just enough, a slight acidity, fruity notes, very refreshing.
