BLANCHE CITRON & BERGAMOTE DE LA CÔTE D'AZUR

In Menton at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, grow citrus fruits, picked at full maturity, yellow, soaked in sunshine. We chose to combine them to create this white beer.

Color: Light yellow, pale.
The nose is fruity and floral.
On the palate, we have substance, a beer with volume in the mouth, which is both light and refreshing. Lemon and bergamot are present just enough, to bring out all the excellence of the qualities of this beer.
