Often overlooked, Rolle (Vermentino) produces well-balanced, aromatic wines with potential for ageing and evolution. 

The colour is pale with lime and grey reflections.

The bouquet shows minerality, marked by notes of flint and box flower aromas giving way to maritime, iodine and lemon notes.

The palate offers a lovely volume, a delicate and tender balance and notes of candy. A touch of banana contributes to the richness, but also to the complexity and length of the finish.
