Blanc de Blancs Eclat

Tasting : It is a champagne with a bright golden color, embellished with a fine effervescence, mark of noble maturation on lees. The nose is fine and delicate. We find notes of fresh hazelnuts, lemon, brioche, marked by minerality. The texture of the wine is supple on the palate and carries its aromas with delicacy. Food Pairing : The Blanc de Blancs Eclat will go very well with a platter of seafood and cooked fish such as the delicious sea bass with beurre blanc, and of course the aperitif and its salmon or foie gras toasts. It will go well with fresh fruit desserts.
