Black tapenade with truffle juice - Tartinable - Spread – Delight - Delicacy

Our black olive with truffle juice based on our winemaker's black olive recipe is a "tapenade" without anchovies. Cooked in red wine and mustard, the olives are coarsely blended for a generous tasting that is round in the mouth. The truffle juice and its very particular aroma sublimate the whole to offer an unusual aperitif spread. It will be served on toast, but also in the kitchen: in a scrambled egg, to garnish puff pastry, in sauce on baked salmon... Use: On toast as an aperitif or with raw vegetables. On a cold buffet accompanied by carrot sticks, celery, cucumbers... It can also be used in cooking to brush meat such as rabbit with tapenade. Put in the fridge after opening.
