"Here and nowhere else" characterises the AOP accreditation that assures the high-quality provenance, production conditions and flavour of Vignolis Olives. The black olives of Nyons, of the Tanche variety, are AOP accredited to ensure the highest quality and flavour. Finely wrinkled by the first December frosts, they are picked when perfectly ripe and soaked in natural brine for 6 months before being packaged. The result is a delicate dark brown olive "bure de moine" – the colour of a monk’s habit – with a refined and fruity flavour. The olives contain no additives or preservatives. The olives are available in glass jars 210g
