Bis By Biscaye - Viognier

In this warm, dry mediterranean climate, the estate’s sandy-silt soil has been completely planted with grass since 2019, with the aim of bringing the soil back to life. This respect for the environment makes for appreciated wines.

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful, bright golden colour with pearly highlights. The nose expresses fresh and fruity aromatic notes (fresh apricot, white flowers). The palate reveals soft and creamy notes from the maturing on fine lees.
