Bis By Biscaye - Syrah

In this warm, dry mediterranean climate, the estate’s sandy-silt soil has been completely planted with grass since 2019, with the aim of bringing the soil back to life. This respect for the environment makes for appreciated wines.

TASTING NOTES

A beautiful pale pomegranate colour. The nose reveals dominant aromas of raspberry and redcurrant. On the palate it is fruity, refreshing and perfectly balanced. Truly indulgent !
