Bis By Biscaye - Pinot Noir

In this warm, dry mediterranean climate, the estate’s sandy-silt soil has been completely planted with grass since 2019, with the aim of bringing the soil back to life. This respect for the environment makes for appreciated wines.

TASTING NOTES

Superb dark ruby colour. This Pinot has an assertive, full-bodied character but reveals a palpable softness and elegance in its tannic touch. The nose expresses itself on notes of fresh cherries and hints of sweet spices. The roundness and delicacy in the mouth give a beautiful aromatic persistence.
