This nose is supported by an animal frame with hints of leather.

Round, fine and precise mouth. Despite the very warm climate of La Clape, the balance is very well achieved.

Marvelous structure with straight forward and medium bodied tannins.

Very consistent with the nose. Good expression of the terroir.

Aromas of black pepper, flowers and violets will develop in your glass.

Good length with slightly smoky, caramel aromas adding depth to the after taste.

Slow cooked lamb stew, beef with gravy sauce, Spanish charcuterie (something fine and flavorful)
