Belle Robe, Cabernet d'Anjou Bio

For more than ten years, this wine has been certified in Organic Agriculture. This cuvée comes from plots of land located in the commune of Montreuil Bellay, in the heart of the Saumurois, on a clay-limestone terroir that honours the Cabernet franc. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring (4 months), bottled, then stored in our cellars 25 m deep cellars, where the wine continues to mature, protected from light and temperature Pale pink colour with bright reflections. Elegant and fragrant nose with aromas of ripe strawberries pink grapefruit. The palate is greedy and round with a soft and fruity finish.
