Centuries ago in the South of France, the Cathares built castles amongst vineyards and mountains. These castles were protected by impressively high walls. The Beaurempart brand is a tribute to these walls that are still standing today.
This bold and concentred blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon shows a very expressive nose with red berry aromas followed by hints of toast and pepper. The palate is incredibly smooth and juicy with silky tannins.
