Beaumes de Venise "Sens" 2019

Aged in oak barrels. Colour: very deep red with some purple notes. Vinification: harvested at full phenolic maturity, the grapes are selected in the cellar to be the flagship of our winemaking. After a one-month fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine is put in French oak barrels for a period of 13 months. Tasting: sweet and complex on the nose, the fruit gives way to leather, undergrowth and a hint of vanillin. On the palate, beautiful attack, with a tannin that is well melted, then comes the aromatic complexity of the barrel. Aging potential: 5 to 10 years
