TERROIR
In the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, on the massif of La Roque
Alric, the vineyard MAS ROUBIOL comes from a unique terroir in the
Rhone Valley: "Le Trias". This geological formation of limestone rocks
from the Jurassic and Cretaceous offer an exceptional terroir. A manual
harvest at optimal maturity of the Grenaches and Syrah grape varieties
on this major terroir between 250 and 500 meters above sea level.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Meticulous traditional vinification that sublimates the potential of the
harvest to produce a round and smooth wine.

TASTING NOTES
This Beaumes de Venise has a rather strong cherry red colour and purplish
reflections. Its nose is greedy and harmonious, it reveals on notes of red fruits
and spices. On the palate the attack is supple with aromas of blackcurrant and
gooseberries. We love the finesse of its aromas, the elegance of its structure
and the delicacy of its tannins.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
A nice cuvée to suggest on tripe à la provençales, a papeton of aubergines
or a filet mignon of pork.
