BEAUDEMONT Viognier

The Viognier comes from well-drained and acidic terroirs close to the Canal du Midi, avoiding the risk of drought, as this varietal needs enough watering. Limpid gold colour. Our premium Viognier is rich and creamy, with a great balance. Great complexity on the nose, with notes of fresh stone fruits (apricot, peach), fresh-cut mango, beewax and vanilla. The sleek, creamy mouthfeel and toasty notes from the oak are balanced by a rich minerality.
