This is traditionnal blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre aged in French oak barrel for 15 months for the part of the blend. The robe of dark garnet, intensive aromas dominated by black fruits. Full bodied and silky on the palate. It will perfectly fi t red grilles meat, bacon and cheeses.
