An ephemeral, unique cuvée that defies rules bringing together 3 great wines in the same bottle: -Domaine Les Cailloux in Châteauneuf-du-Pape twice rated 100/100 by R.Parker -Château Lafon-Rochet in Saint Estèphe, 4th classified growth -Moulin de Gassac at the origin of the reputation of the Aniane terroir in the Languedoc. GRAPE VARIETIES Cabernet Sauvignon 40 % Grenache 40 % Syrah 13 % Merlot 4 % Cabernet Franc 3 % TASTING NOTES A fine and delicate nose, ripe red fruit aromas, with notably cherry standing out. On the palate, there are pronounced notes of cocoa with a complex finish on tobacco aromas. The mouth is marked by its richness, its fine and silky tannins; a very nice balance and especially its persistence in mouth. The impression that the different wines assembled take turns to give this extreme length, but all in finesse. The proof is in the glass.
