Produced in our parcels located in the village in the valley of Aumelas and the vine around on a soil of clay and claky soil.
A blend of Grenache Noir and Carignan with a yield of 35 hectolitre/hectares.
A traditionnal vinification with destemmed and crushed the grapes including 3-weeks maceration in tanks with daily punching-down of the cap and pumping over.
Aged for 8 months in tanks.
