Auriola

A cuvée with a ruby colour with light purple reflections. On the nose, its marked personality fully expresses itself through spice, undergrowth, cocoa, black cherry and blackberry notes. An elegant and well-balanced palate with fleshy, powerful, persistent aromas of red fruits and Mediterranean garrigue. To be enjoyed with grilled beef rib, duck terrine, dry goat cheese or molten chocolate cake. Serving temperature 15-17°c.
