This cuvée is from a blend of several plots located at the foot of Chassagne, in the north of the appellation, facing Puligny Les Houillère, les Pierres, les Plantes St Aubin. These terroirs are made of limestone and clay with a majority of limestone.The vines were plabted between 1960 and 2010.
