AU BONHEUR DES DAMES / THE LADIES DELIGHT

Named after the famous novel  “Au Bonheur des Dames” (The Ladies’ Delight) from French writer Emile Zola, this wine is produced from the best climate of the Sainte Victoire area. Harvested at night when it is coolest, the grapes undergo a modern winemaking process of 100% direct pressing with the temperature carefully controlled and monitored throughout the entire production process. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Winemaker’s Comments: A wonderfully fresh and typical Provence style dry rosé. It displays lovely aromas of raspberry, is full-bodied and long lasting on the palate.
