White Low Alcool Wine (9,5%) IGP Pays d'OC - 2022 Blend of two grape varieties : 60% Viognier & 40% Colombard Label : HVE 3 Vinification: Harvest at night / Maceration on must deposit for the colombard / Fermentation in concrete vastat low temperature / Ageing in stainless steel vast for 3 months, stirring on lees for 6 weeks for Viognier. Partial dealcoholizing up to 20%, by reverse osmosis and membrane contractor. Tasting notes : Straw yellow color, exotic nose (passion fruit) and floral. In the mouth, the attack is supple and fruity with an acidulous finish. Food pairings : Appetizers, summer salads, fruit salads, white meat.
