Apricot jam "extra" PG 314 ml (jar)
It is a mixture, brought by cooking to the appropriate gel consistency, of sugar and fresh apricot pulp. The qualifier “extra” means that the quantity of fresh fruit used in our jam is 450 g minimum for 1000 g of finished product, or 45%. These jams are prepared from fresh ripe and healthy fruits, washed and trimmed. All those with defects are eliminated. They are pitted and cooked with top quality sugar.
