These grape varieties come from the very fine Pic Saint Loup terroir, a legendary land in the Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested by hand, an essential and uncommon requirement for preserving exceptional quality.

WINEMAKING PROCESS
Vinified in concrete vats.
Matured in concrete vats.
Cellar ageing: 18 months

Growing method: HVE (Higher Environmental Value, an environmental certificate awarded in France)

TASTING EXPERIENCE
Nose: floral (peony) notes with a hint of smokiness.
Palate: medium body with a wonderful freshness. A long, well-balanced palate.
Pairing suggestions: white meat (guinea fowl) or beef chuck steak.
This wine is best served at 15°C.
