Soil, climate :Clay-limestone soil and “tawny” sands. Such sands are called “tawny” because of their colour due to a higher concentration of iron oxide. Vinification:

Traditionnel wine making process, sorting at the cellar entrance, cold maceration before fermenation, then ageing 12-18 months time in tanks at 15°

Wine tasting

Deep colour, nose is really ripe. In mouth, the wine is round and fruity( both red and black fruits). Typical aromas from Cabernet express themselves without any excess thanks to the perfect balance between Tannat power and a soft tannic structure
