Soil, climate :Clay-limestone soil and “tawny” sands. Such sands are called “tawny” because of their colour due to a higher concentration of iron oxide. Wineyard with such sands are located on seaside and are very typical of the Landes area. Such a s oil brings to the wine are real typicity and minerality.Oceanic climate with continental influence

Vinification:

Traditionnel wine making process, sorting at the cellar entrance, cold maceration before fermenation, then ageing 12-18 months time in tanks at 15°

Wine tasting

Deep colour, nose is really ripe. In mouth, the wine is round and fruity( both red and black fruits). Typical aromas from Cabernet express themselves without any excess thanks to the perfect balance between Tannat power and a soft tannic structure
